Thank you for asking why we stand out among the other schools. At Watson School of Real Estate, a division of Watson Realty Corp, we hold the same core values that our founder, William A. Watson Jr., began the school with in 1982 and still holds to this day.

These values include working together to provide legendary quality service to each and every student, offering encouragement and support to our students so that they have every opportunity to succeed in their endeavors and make their dreams come true.  Our diverse team of licensed real estate instructors and administrators, spread across North and Central Florida, work as a cohesive unit to offer live classes face-to-face, virtually, as well as online, in a variety of formats and times to fit any schedule. Our instructors are also licensed sales and broker associates who draw on real-life scenarios and provide hands-on learning to ensure that students are able to truly grasp the concepts at hand.
