Course Summary
This state-required, 45-hour post-licensing course should be completed within 18-24 months of obtaining your sales associate license or before your first renewal period ends. Our highly experienced instructors will highlight key points from your pre-licensing course, offer information on how to plan and grow your business, show you how to effectively manage your time, and review closing contracts. We have several formats to fit any schedule, including Day, Weekend, and virtual classes.

Course Summary
The online course has a 6-month access expiration, is composed of reading modules, with a short quiz after each module that you must score a 90% or higher on in order to move to the next unit. The end of the course is followed by a pre-test that you can take multiple times until you are comfortable with the material. You will then take the online, timed, 3-hour end-of-course final, which requires a 75% or higher in order to receive the Certificate of Completion.
